Bg Music Store ships via Canada Post Ground Service or other Major Carriers. Delivery time (after notification) can take from 2-10 business days, to most major metropolitan areas. Rural area destination may take a longer time, and/or require a Depot pick-up. Any Additional delivery charges as a result are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
Bg Music Store ships all items un-insured, and the risk of shipping loss or damage is the sole responsibility of the consumer. Post Canada covers the first $100 value of goods. Additional insurance can be purchased for 3.25% of the remaining value (optional at time of check-out).
Please note that all shipping quotes exclude the Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories, Nunavut and Rural Areas and may include items marked as Free Shipments). All orders placed from the listed areas in Canada will be reviewed by our shipping department and you will be advised of any additional shipping charges before we release the goods.

What happens if my order is backordered?
Sometimes, part of your order may be on backorder. If this should occur, we will contact as soon as possible with an estimated arrival date. Usually items backordered can be shipped within a few days. We have items on constant reorder with our suppliers, so wait times are generally not long. If an Item is backordered by our supplier, it would indicate the item is very popular and is likely that many other stores are backordered as well. You will have the option of waiting for the next available shipment or cancel your order. Many times it is a good idea to keep an item on backorder, because those are picked first priority and we fill all backorders before more are entered in to our available inventory.

What is B.G. Music Store return policy?
Returns for B.G. Music Store will only be accepted within 7 days of your purchase. Whereas most online stores only offer a store credit on returned goods, B.G. Music Store will fully refund any purchase within 7 days of receipt on shipped orders. However, please be aware that the customer will be required to cover both the cost of the original actual shipping fee as well as the returning shipping fee. Returns must include all original packaging, manuals and warranty cards. Customer must supply a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected for wear or abuse, up to a 25% restocking charge may apply for any additional charges may apply. Returns after 7 days will NOT be accepted.
No returns on special orders/non-stocks, discontinued or clearance items, software, books, cd's, clothing, opened or used strings, internal earphones, harmonicas, drum heads, or sticks, turntable cartridges, bulbs, or tapes.
B.G. Music Store does not give cash refunds if you paid by Visa or MasterCard. You will be refunded by a credit to your card (processed within 7 business days). Other Authorized returns will be at your choice, credited on Account, Exchanged, or L.A. Music cheque (processed within 7 business days).
Because of the nature of online purchases and the lack of actual "touch and feel" perspective items, B.G. Music Store offers a 7 day return window for online orders only. Any in store pickups or purchases will not apply because you will be able to physically inspect the item and try it before leaving the store. This will apply to our normal 7 day satisfaction guarantee.
